Welcome to Anchor Grove Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anchorgrovestudio.com (the "Site") and any digital products purchased through it (the "Products"). By visiting the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Anchor Grove Studio is operated by us in Medway, Massachusetts, United States. You can reach us at anchorgrovestudio@gmail.com.
2. The Products We Sell
Everything we sell is a digital download — printable planners, digital planner files, Notion templates, and ebooks. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Products are delivered electronically, typically as an instant download or an emailed link, immediately after payment is confirmed.
3. License to Use What You Buy
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that Product for your own personal or household use.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with anyone who hasn't purchased them
Upload our Products to shared drives, forums, marketplaces, or file-sharing sites
Claim our Products, or substantial parts of them, as your own original work
Use our Products for commercial resale or bulk distribution (for example, printing and selling physical copies)
You may print physical copies for your own personal use, and share limited previews (such as a single page) for genuine, non-commercial purposes like reviews or social media posts, provided you credit Anchor Grove Studio.
4. Notion Templates
Notion templates are delivered as a link to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. Once duplicated, the copy is yours to use and modify for personal use, subject to the license terms above. We aren't responsible for changes Notion makes to its platform that affect template functionality.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders you've already completed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure — we don't store your full payment card details ourselves.
6. Refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled under our separate <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Products — including designs, text, layouts, graphics, and branding — is owned by Anchor Grove Studio unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product gives you a license to use it under Section 3; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or content.
9. Affiliate Links
Some pages on the Site, including blog posts and our Recommended Tools page, contain affiliate links (including as an Amazon Associate). We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. 10. No Professional Advice
Our Products are designed to support planning, organization, and daily life management. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about ADHD or any health condition, please consult a licensed professional.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Grove Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party sites (including Amazon and Notion) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
